Request for exchange or return
Any request for an exchange or return must be communicated to the Customer Service Center for detailed instructions about the process. Contact details for our Customer Service Center can be found in the bottom of the site or on the Contact Us page.
Conditions for Exchange, Return or Repurchase
The maximum period is 7 days after receiving the product.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, i.e. with the manufacturer's seals intact and in the original packaging and with all the accessories that came with the product. It is important to note that the product box must also be in perfect condition, i.e. the packaging must not have been damaged or broken.
The product MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED.
Shipping for Exchange, Return or Repurchase
The shipping costs for returning the merchandise will be the responsibility of the online store, at no additional cost to the consumer.
Consumers must request an exchange, return or repurchase within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
The shipping process will be explained by our customer service team, depending on the quantity and size of the product to be returned.
Attention! When the product arrives, its condition will be analyzed and if use of the product is found, the exchange or return may be refused and the product returned.
Refund for Card
After receiving the product at our Distribution Center and approving the return or exchange by analyzing the items, we will send the refund request to the credit card company, which in turn has a deadline for processing the request according to the policy of each credit card company.
The refunded amount may also be refunded on future invoices, as is the policy of the credit card company.
Refund by other methods
The refund will be processed after the return has been approved by analysis of the items in our Distribution Center and will be refunded through a checking or savings account.
Bank details must be provided when requesting an exchange or refund.
